BLoguer en français ou en anglais?
“Bloguer en français ou en anglais?”, telle est la question. En connaître tellement en anglais sans pouvoir s’y exprimer pleinement comme un chien muselé! En connaître encore si peu en français et pourtant mâitrisant mieux la langue de Molière que celle de Shakespeare. Hummm… L’âme d’un poète ce soir.
Que faire? Dites-le moi. Choisir entre passer pour un illétré en anglais ou alors souffrir du “tout est à construire” en français? Vraisemblablement, le temps est une variable majeure de l’équation. Avec le temps, va tout s’en va, mais dans notre situation, avec le temps, fort tout se rend plus fort.
En fait, les deux options sont bonnes, le temps de toute façon apportera de la force à l’option choisie. Mais alors laquelle? Bloguer en anglais, ou en français? Telle est la question.
I’d suggest you open two blogs and link them together as ENGLISH VERSION and VERSION FRANCAISE and commit yourself to double each and every post (or nearly)
so that you’ll practise much more both languages and will be able to talk to your audience (larger audience) about things going on in both worlds.
Not bad advice. Was thinking about this possibility too. The main problem is the lack of time. Managing 2 blogs is 2 times more difficult. I’m still a student and have to split my time between everything. Except if writing in french then only translating that french article in english, or vice versa. Or also open an ENG user generated blog. I don’t know. Will have to think about it.
By the way, don’t simply open another blog on the same domain name, make it a different domain, so that you’ll have 2 domains, which is more efficient when you want to spread backlinks to another domain.
